Abstract

Abstract The concept of glamping, camping and cabins has become a trend in the new normal. In its operation, there are still obstacles, namely the lack of knowledge of the local community in providing excellent service and operating social media as a means of digital marketing. In order for this business to be sustainable, the Hospitality Administration Program takes on the role of providing excellent service and marketing training to optimize the quality and sales of Glamping. The training process was carried out for two days, namely providing materials related to hygiene, sanitation, excellent service and digitizing accommodation. In practical activities, training on f&b service and room preparation was provided. After the training was held, it was given in the form of a questionnaire using an assessment with a Likert scale to the community. The results of the community assessment stated that they strongly agreed that this training was very useful with an average value of 3.68. The community provided input so that training like this can be carried out continuously in the second stage, namely training in the preparation of food and beverage products and content creation for glamping marketing.
